Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you don’t, you’re welcome to exchange it for another item, receive store credit, or request a full refund.

Items can be exchanged or credited within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, in original condition with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt.
For exchanges, we recommend contacting our customer service team first so we can reserve the size or item you’d like.
Please note: exchanges are processed within 7 business days from the date you received your order.

Returns

You may return any item for a full refund or store credit.
To request a refund, please email us at galtzustudios@gmail.com and send the item back within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Returns can be made:
- In person at our Tel Aviv studio, free of charge (by appointment only), or
- By booking a courier service please mention it in you mail (30 NIS).

💡 When booking a courier, please include in the notes whether you’d like an exchange (and specify size/color). The courier will bring your new item and collect the original one.

Important Information

Refunds are issued only for items returned unused, undamaged, with original tags, in their original packaging, and with a receipt, within 14 days of delivery.
For sale items, returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Order cancellations before shipment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after shipment (and not due to a defect) will incur a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower), and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are not available for purchases made with gift cards or store credit.
Refunds are processed once the item reaches our studio and within 14 days of its return.
Refunds will be issued only to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
From 15 days after delivery and up to one month, items may be returned for store credit only.
